Hinge pin sleeve alternatives?

I'm building up a 2nd BJ4WE, and have a stack of spare bulkheads (enough to mod different ones for different wishbones!), but appear to be fresh out of the #1107 or #1108 hinge pin sleeves. Is there any similar part readily available in the UK?

I doubt an order for such a small part would be worthwhile from JConcepts unless I bulked it out a bit!

Would fuel tube or even several layers of shrink tube work in a pinch?
