Practice at a national venue, is it not allowed 1 or 2 weeks before?

As the title suggests, I cannot remember if you can't race on a track 1 or 2 weeks before a national. Can someone confirm?

14.12 The track will be closed to any kind of use, whether for race events or practice, by anyone, including the club’s own members, for the whole of the seven day period immediately prior to the commencement of a National event.

track is closed 7 days before a 1/10 national event.

Yeah, as John has mentioned, it's been 7 days for a while now. This effectively prevents the host venue from holding any meeting the weekend (sat or sun) the week before. I also seem to remember from my past experiences running Nationals at Telford, that the contact paperwork might have this included too (might be wrong on that one).
