I was there, but we won't discuss where I finished! Jamie was awesome, he threw that car into the A Final, and then gave everyone else around him a proper race. Masami was simply unstoppable. He won those finals by being as fast on his first lap as almost every lap thereafter - just look at the gap he pulls on that first lap! After that he was just driving to the finish.

Great venue, excellent organisation, the biggest bar-b-q hog roast you have ever seen in your life at the banquet, and beautiful weather. One of the best WCs I have ever been to.

I was lucky to race the track in 2008 just before it was changed - then I went round to one of the guys who raced at the 89 worlds and watched the video on his TV. :thumbsup:

I've got the full video of that event, plus other worlds, reedy races etc, i converted them from vhs, we had them running on the big screen at the oOple race :thumbsup: if anyones got any more let me know and we can get them playing too !

That would be awesome if we could play them again at this years invernational. I've really enjoyed watching them.
