LIPO saddle pack for TRF501

Hi, Has anyone already tried to fit a LIPO bat. saddlepack into the TRF501x?
and which LiPo type did you use?:confused:

sadly we'll not be allowed to use them since they're not in a hard casing.

That's pretty easy to solve, since "hard case" are only plastic cases, you could even build your own y carbon fiber and use as a structural part of the car

Aha ! but they included the phrase "factory original hard casing", meaning you can not build your own. :rolleyes:
