Best inserts for Schumacher yellow mini-pins on astroturf?

I noticed the team setup sheets suggest Mr 'O' foams, how do these compare to Schumacher mediums?

Anybody tried the Kangawallafox inserts? Are they available anywhere?

ive been running anwser rc medium-firm and they seem pritty good and cheap
