Bury Grand Prix
 

We really need to launch our soon to be completed new track in style, so what about hosting an opening meeting? Perhaps with a few prizes courtesy of JE Spares? And a proper race report article for here, RC Mags etc. It just seems like a good time to promote the club, and the sport in general in this region.
What are your thoughts?

Also, what with the regional season coming up, and Bury racers turning up at Ribble, Roundabout, Chadderton, Pendle etc over the last few months I was thinking - What about some Bury Metro Club stickers for our cars? Get a few sheets printed up and offer to club members FoC to promote the club on their shells.
We've got quite a few 'Bury and Proud' members, so why don't we show it?

I can design/cut the vinyls FOC. Also i'm a Graphic Designer. So i can do any pro-mo work if needed?

Brilliant idea dude , it will be good for the club and the hobby.if you want to be a little ambitious how about calling in the local press like roundabout club have already done , great coverage with photos all for free.

Well, I can get some vinyls designed and cut. i could do with an idea of what people would like and an idea of qty's

also i could put together some posters, we can get those stuck up in local shops?

As you say, Bury members are getting plenty of track time at other indoor venues so lets let people know which club we are from.

Aren't JEspares currently redesigning there current sticker sheet?

Why don't you guys get them to include atleast one "Bury Metro Radio Car Club" sticker, or a web address sticker on their own sheet? As a result it could get the club more members, and by giving RC users more use of the car at a club (that they may not have known about), JEspares would get more sales..
