Here's mine just need to install the speedo and rx tomorrow night, then set up all the geometry.

Nice easy build.

Can you post the length from the end of the chassis (at the back) to just under the front bumper? I have some chassis protector sheets and want to know if they will be long enough to cover the chassis.

Thanks.

Nice mate, just one observation, is the battery brace thing in the wrong way round? if you turn it rnd it will hold the lipo in to stop side to side/forward movement.

Here's mine. Still got the electronics install to do, but all done. Shell was painted by RichPaint

I'd love to show mine, but you've probably all seen what the box looks like by now

Looking forward to see some electric installs though, Birdy's trying to get a Nosram Pearl into his with the Novak Ballistic motor, looks like it's going to be really tight with the wires!

In a box!! birdy must be bored, to build it so quick, want to do mine:D

They look like 4WD mini spikes on the front??

D20MCK 18-03-2011 05:44 PM

spot on, the car comes with wide front wheels.

Ideally you should still stretch 2wd fronts across those wider wheels (which is what most top drivers do nowadays)

Not that it will make you feel any better but..... some of the kits we sent out on wednesday night were to Germany and got delivered there by UPS today (ones in Belgium started to arrive yesterday too - less than 12 hours after we sent them :woot:)

All spares orders have now been shipped out today as well, only parts missing at present are shock shafts, idler gears, front inner hinge pins, spare diff nuts, inline spindles and alloy hub spacers, thats about it, everything else is now here in stock, plus we have some new optional parts about to be officially unveiled next week too to add to the lists ;)....

mes 18-03-2011 07:47 PM

Horizon Germany has already received the kits! An impatient member of my local club has already picked up his lovely 22!

burniburn 18-03-2011 07:54 PM

Lucky you. I am still waiting here in South of France... Seems we are at the end of all the delivery lists.;)

racingdwarf 18-03-2011 08:48 PM
