Ansmann Terrier Trouble

hey guys, i am a novice and need help with my truggy. i have not had it out for a while and when i got it going it is stuck on full throttle, i messed with the adjustments on the control but nothing, it eventually just cuts out after it has shot off from me! i am a novice at this so please explain it to me in an easy t...o understand way if you can, all the help will be greatly appreciated

Check the batteries in your transmitter and the ones in the car that powers the servos.

i have put new battries in both no difference. any one any other ideas? please help....
