Ansmann Mad Rat upgrades

Hi all,

I hope you dont mind me asking this question as you all probably think its a little stupid. But ive recently bought a Mad Rat and snapped a suspension arm, now im replacing it and really enjoying doing it so my question is: what other components can be upgraded on the Mat Rat? Would any improve performance?

I really hope you dont mind me asking as im very new to this.

Thanks

have a look at tcmodels.net, on the right hsnd side there is a 2wd upgrade section

the parts are a lot cheaper than you can buy in the uk but the postage is expensive, be sure to order a lot at once and it makes it a lot better

i would recommend the cf rear chassis plate and towers make sure you order the right ones, tu0240 and tu0242

also i would buy the rear brace mount with 20g weight

up to you though, just my thoughts

hope it helped

get bearings in it instead of brushings
brushless + lipos
threaded shock towers or alu ones if you pop the caps off often

P.S. It's 'bushings' not 'brushings'...

5mudg3 - most of them will fit if your unsure give me a pm with the code and i will check for you,
the bearings from rc bearings come in a kit and replace all the ones in your rat, get the rubber sealed ones
