does anyone know when next batley meeting is please and is it outdoor or indoor?

hello there the next batley meeting is on the 4th of june and it's outdoor just another question does anybody know if any other meetings have been arranged as this is the last one on the calender

The next Batley outdoorsd meeting is June 4th.

There have been no more meetings arranged as of yet. However there are no more available weekends in the calander until late August/early september so there is plenty of time to arrange more if they are wanted.

Actually Tom, there are 3 Wed evening meetings. 1 each in June July & August. Dates in Batley section of this forum.

I can't make 6pm, 6:30 would be fine though :D

I have no idea when I can make it but I dont think things are set in stone that you have to be there by a certain time ? its just a bit informal int it ?

I was going to book people in and run heats/finals just like any other meeting. It will of course stay quite informal, no points to score or trophies to win, just racing for fun:)

I expect most people will use the time to work on setups or maybe race a car that they wouldn't usually (break out the vintage ones Jimmy??)

I'm not really pushed for time, but for the purpose of advertising the meetings we need to say what time we will start.

Possibly we could run open practice from say 5:30 till 6:30, start racing proper between 6:45 and 7:00 finish for 9:00 ish? depending on numbers there should be some play time between runs.

all sounds good.. dont get much time to practice at a race, im always taking photos anyway.. so be good to get some setup time in
