I think if you live in GB you should have a look on www.rc-direct.co.uk

Is there more than 1 Team Azarashi body which goes straight on to the 501X ???

Whats wrong with the stock body for the 501x.
Mine still is holding up, the wing has been through some hard crashes but still holds up fine. Id rather not buy from a japan website though...my local hobby shop will have to special order me one of these team driver bodies...looks very awesome! |
Is there more room around the motor? The stock body conforms so tightly around that area.
|
With the newer worlds 501x, the shell has been re designed to accomodate bigger scoops for both the speedo and motor. My gtb with fan on top is now at least 4 mm less than the underside of the shell.
The motor area also has a bulge to accomodate the motor and wiring better. I'll try and get a piccie to help. Col. |

I have the worlds car.
This is an older pic though...I hope this helps..:bored: |
I have the Tateego bodyshell and it looks HOT! I got the undertray, pair of wings, decals and a set of their heavy duty dust rings for ball cups plus EMS shipping to Australia for about $70 aud. Pretty damn good really considering the cost of EMS. Still yet to rebuild my 501 with the big pulley conversion set, full set of premium ceramic bearings and diff balls. Then I'll give the body some paint. Im looking forward to running the car again .

I want one. Here's some updated pics of my 501x.
I did get that front one-way to fit correctly at it does work because I move the rear tire with my hand and both front tires move also. I also copied someones setup having just a bit of front toe-in. Now my wheels are not sharpied, I hand painted them with testors model paint. Northy asked for these. Enjoy! |
B-Mag, I requested pictures of you! :D
