I require some info on the Mugen Sport.

Okay chaps , my work colleague was give at least 3 rc models , i believe they were found in a house his friend has purchased.

Now the first 2 models were of Tandy make , the 3 rd is a Mugen Supersport .

Its circa 1990 - 91 is complete with a period Mondial engine and manifold.

The most important part is the condition. Basically i think its been ran a couple of times but thats it.

The car once its been cleaned up is mint , its still got the mugen logo etched on the chassis , the motors minty all looks good.

Now are these worth keeping , should i tell him to pop it on ebay or what?

If i were him id clean it up and shelf queen it as its a lovely piece of history and honestly the wheels and tyres are as new.

Any help would be appreciated ....sorry for the long winded post.

For something as old as that it would be worth trying RCracechat.com as there are quite a few people on there that would for certain know what it is and what it could be worth.

Seriously ?

I know its a good un but i shall see what he says .

He is prepared to sell as i informed him its too good to bash about with , especially as hes never ran a buggy before.

Awesome, looks mint

I had a Mugen Sport and a SuperSport 92 back in the day, my SuperSport was the next model after yours and had blue aluminum shock caps iirc and spoked wheels with special centre nuts which fitted flush to wheels they had 2 holes you used the Mugen supplied tool to undo with, I see yours has the black chassis, is it milled too? the 92's chassis was black also but milled out for weight saving, I seem to remember a front brake setup fitted also :D
