Toy car racing Friday 18 Feb
 

Afternoon all.

Toy car racing Friday this week is going to be a little different than normal in that its going to be run by Mr Belsten Jnr, Mr Nancollis Jnr and me. Pete, Andy, Dave and Craig are all unable to attend due to one reason or another. (I think they are all going out together to hold hands and press wild flowers or something)

Dave is going to pick the keys up at the usual time at around 6:30pm to start getting the track down and ready to go as soon as possible.

Me and PeteN will be along shortly after that to get things organised and get you all booked in etc.

What we need is some help setting up and putting away at the end of the night, please don't all clear off and leave us to put it all away otherwise we'll be there all night. :cry:

One final thing, can you try and make sure you are all there before 7:30/8pm (if you are going to be later than that let someone know so we can get you booked in), sorting out the heats difficult enough when you do it week in week out so when you've only done it once before I'm sure you can imagine it can be quite interesting and the sooner we get that sorted the sooner we can start racing! :thumbsup:

We will be racing 2/4wd and micro this friday as normal.

I'm looking forward to it, especially as will need to get the practise in time for Cobra WRCA meeting on Sunday! :)

wasn't that bad last friday first time out and should be even better this Friday after taking into account Mr Belsten's tips! :)

Hope you all play nicely on Friday...just one of those things this week I'm affraid that none of us can make it, so apologies for that. Thanks to Balders & co for stepping up though, hopefully you don't get the mamouth turnout of last week that had Pete and I stumped for a while as to how we get the usual 4 rounds in with that many people there :o

And not sure who the carpet rolling experts are...but good luck...be gentle on them :cry:

All back to normal the following week though.

Just to confirm I am picking up the keys around 6.30 so the quicker everyone gets there to help putting the track out, the quicker we can get racing :thumbsup:

I'll be leaving Cardiff just after 6 so traffic willing I'll be there as soon as I can.

Good night last night, 3 rounds of quali and 2 finals and I still got home for 12

loved it. One more go at the booking in thingy on the lappy and I'll be able to do the whole process, I just need a couple of pointers.
