Vega TRF201?

Hi!
Is there any conversionkit in the pipeline for the TRF201 car?

There certainly is! This one is a little more complicated due to the chassis kick up at the front but it's being worked on now.

Sounds great! When do you think they are ready for shipment? I really would love to test one out asap.

Its going to be a couple of weeks I'd imagine. They are busy clearing orders for the rb5 first. It'll definitely be worth the wait though!

It's gonna be so tempting!!

If it's the same as the other two conversions, it will be one nice bit of kit.

Is there a XXXCR conversion due any time soon ?

InsideLineModels 10-02-2011 03:46 PM

The xxx cr version has been completed but the order book seems to have been filled up with rb5 conversions at the moment. I think, because the of the 22 release, the cr will be made upon request. If anyone wishes to order one then please get in touch.

Cheers
Kev

B4 Vega would be nice ;)................................................ ....

I was very kindly offered to loan the CR version for the EIR race in Belgium as my 201 is not yet complete. I can say that it's of the same excellent quality as the RB5 version and handles very well. It was the first time i'd ever used the car and I managed to stick it firmly in the B main. The finals were a different story as it was my birthday on the Saturday and to be fair the first part of Sunday was a bit of a blur (hic):blush:

Anyone thinking of revitalising their Losi's should seriously think of one of these fantastic conversions, you definitely won't be disappointed with both the quality and the handling

kev, I like the idea of the xxxcr conversion as I've got a brand new xxxcr!
What's the crack with getting one, re timescales and cost. I'm guessing they are much cheaper than the kyosho conversion as they won't be as popular with the 22 on the horizon ;)

InsideLineModels 10-02-2011 08:30 PM

Hi Andy,

I think they will be roughly the same price as the rb5 as they are not on the shelf. They will be made to request if someone is interested. I need to confirm the retail price with team xtreme though.

If you are interested we'll need a deposit (which I can set up on the website) and I'd imagine it would be 2 - 3 weeks for delivery but again id need to confirm this with Team Xtreme.

Cheers
Kev
