spool outdrives
 

ok a simple question,my tc spool outdrives are not in good shape and i was thinking to glue together a diff and make it work like a spool.
would it work? any suggestions on how to glue it?

Depends what the diff is made of. If its ally or steel it should work okay, if you properly degrease everything and use plenty of superglue.

If its plastic it'll just snap due to the forces that a spool takes.
