Slicks for indoorracing.

Hi!
Will there ever be a decent slicktyre from Schumacher?
Here in Sweden we use the minipins and spikes as a controltire at the competitions, we also make them into slicks on our own with lots of rubberdust in the nose as an result. We are so tire(d) to do this and the whole Swedish buggypopulation would need a decent slicktire. Is this so hard to produce? I have tried the venom88 but that really sucked compared to a slicked minipintire....
I am also tired of them balooning after a while, the rubber is really not suited for tyreadditive (spelling?).

Happy for lots of answers!

ive never been to a track over here where we have needed to use slick tyres. what kind of track are you racing on ?

We use slicks on every indoorrace to save the carpets and also to maintain good grip for touring and twelvescale racers. We have decided to use minipin yellows and spikes, so when they are glued we need to put a dremel in to it.

we have used mini pins at all carpet tracks it shouldnt damage the carpet and u should be fine for grip

That have been up for debate too but was voted down for several reasons. Why we chose Schumacher tires to start with was because you guys ran them and they worked fine. So did they for us until the flatrunners started to complain. A compromise was made and we made them into slicks. The problem is like Tjompa says and everyone is tired of it.

The dream would be a tire looking and feeling like a minipin but slicks version and made out of a rubber that can stand the additive without balloning after a while. Guess we can dream on.
