Novak Velociti motor stopped working
Hi all
Not had much luck recently with Brushless:thumbdown: Took the rotor out of my Novak 5.5 Velociti motor, y'know, after 2 years, thought it might need a dusting down, undid screws, pulled out the rotor, all clean, so pushed it back with a bit jigging about. Started car up tonight after a bit of spannering, speedo lights up, pt and steering worked, but motor doesn't go. Wtf have I done now? Please help:cry: |
try a diff motor first to prove it's motor and not esc or radio problems first cheers

Did you lose any of this shims when you took it apart?

Not lost any shims, and dont have a spare motor:cry:

Hi all
Fixed, a bit of a schoolboy error on my part really:blush: Thought I'd try another car, switched on the truggy, throttle didn't work on that either, so came to the conclusion its the tranny. Flicked down the "TH-Hold" switch (core RC Pulse tranny) and hey presto, servo moved. So plumbed in the GTB and switched it on, motor spools up:D:D. Durga is ready for Torch on Sunday:D:D:D:D:D |
Throttle hold on my etronix pulse pro caught me out a couple of weeks ago as well, knocked the switch when putting tranny into muff. fnaw fnaw.
