ansmann rear motor with mid motor chassies

Hello
Has anyone of the mid motor owner tried to run the mid motor chasies with rear motor configuration, or can someone try it?
Thanks a lot!

Interesting Idea, not sure wether it will fit though. Pretty sure the t-pieces are different at the back. I will have a look tonight and see if it is feasible.

Hello
Thanks for your answere! Thatīs also very cool! But i want to have both (mid and rear motor) in one car like the losi 22!

Well they won't be a direct swap. The t-piece at the front of the mid mounted car is loads wider than the rear mounted car.

I guess if you wanted to you could make a wider t-piece for the original gearbox but you would then have the problem of finding somewhere to mount the rear shocktower mount as that bolts to the chassis on the original car. I think it would then intrude into the battery bay.

I am sure someone with a bit of engineering could do it. But it's not as easy as you would think.
