Resignation from the WRCA

As of immediate effect I have chosen to step down as head of electric section.

I will continue to support the WRCA as a racer.

This is a real shame Steve as you were a breath of fresh air to the WRCA. I hope at some point you may change your mind and return to an active role within the WRCA.
