B4 Hub Carrier Mod?

Anyone know how to convert the cougar to Run Asso B4 Front hub carriers?

I have seen a couple of guys running them, but have no idea what needs to be changed...

Cheers!

I've done it a few times so that I could try the AE Inline Axles.

I took a 3mm drill and drilled out the Schumacher caster block and AE steering block (& axle), then used a 3mm pin of the correct length and secured it with e-clips.

So, how did the car performed with the inline axles? Is it worth a try?

I was thinking of trying the same, or doing something like the TL22 solution. Any plans from shumacher to test with parts from the 4wd?

wonder if the TRF201 would be a direct drop in

or schumacher make them to not snap when you sneeze on them:thumbdown:

Or sell them at a reasonable price!!

The in-lines are used to move the wheels forward to allow for more rear weight bias, but now with the new +8mm chassis, this mod isn't really needed.

In-lines were OK in certain conditions but I didn't really like how they effected the ackerman, it just never felt right, so I just stick with the standard axles now.
