GRID RC Spektrum DX3R drop-down
 

Team GRID RC have sent news of their new 1-piece CNC machined alloy wheel-drop down for the Spektrum DX3R - to lower the wheel position to a more natural position.


GRID RC:
In 2010, Team GRID RC shipped its first drop-down adaptor for DX3R owners which took only minutes to install. It gave DX3R owners much improved ergonomics by bringing the steering wheel in-line with the throttle trigger.

For 2011, Team GRID RC decided to mill the drop-down from a single aluminum billet instead of the two-piece version produced in 2010. GRID is now able to machine the new adapter to a lighter weight of 38 grams, which is 10 grams lighter.


The new Team GRID drop-down (part#TG99039) for the DX3R will start shipping on Jan. 25, 2011. The kit includes stainless steel fasteners and again installs in minutes.
