Any indoor venues

Does anyone know where there is indoor racing in or near Norwich (watton).
And what group it is. I am looking for somewhere to go through the winter as I need all the practice I can get!!!!

Kings Lynn Model Car Club used to race indoors on a monday night from around 7:00pm till 10:30pm Best bet is to contact Adam Bowyer Lowe at Model Hobby for more information.

Bury Buggy Club ( www.burybuggyclub.co.uk ) also race indoors at Risby village hall again on monday nights I think. Most of it is either micro or touring car.

There is a club in norwich run by Kellers Model Shop ( http://www.model-marque.com/ )which is out the back of the Castle Mall. They use the old norwich city training ground in thorpe. Race on a sunday evening from about 4pm onwards. Its all saloons though I have heard that they will cater for buggies if enough people turn up on a regular basis.

The other option that you have is Holbeach Model Car Club ( http://www.hrcmcc.org.uk/ ) which is only a little futher on than Eastrax. They race on a Wednesday evening with a mix of off road and saloons.

Personally racing outside will do your driving the world of good, but there is never any harm in racing indoors. The tracks tend to be smaller and a lot more technical. I remember doing 30 odd laps at kellers which takes some concentration on what is a reasonable size track!!! Keeps the brain working i nothing else.
