Hi Steve,

The X-Factory replacements for these are a great little idea, they are the same size as the AE ones but use a larger hex driver to fit them (2mm/5-64" instead of 0.050") which makes them easier to get in and out and saves them from stripping too unlike the ones with the small allen head from AE.

Part number is XF6055 - price is just £1.29 per packet.

If you speak to Matt at Motoarena he should be able to order you some if you are stuck

estebandonde 17-01-2011 03:40 PM

cheers guys for your help.

while i am on i just wanted to say a big thank you to someone for taking home an expensive bag of motors and cells last week and then asking around and ringing to tell me they were safe.

cheers mate, you know who you are.

its reasons like this thread that i used to race off road and now my son does too.

thanks again guys.

steve.

Awesome night yet again. New feature was nice, just a bit mire distance needed between up and down ramps, some proper air time then  just need to add a top to it so it can be driven as well as cleared.

Come on people get there next Tuesday.

zippy 10-02-2011 08:26 PM

great ramps but as it says above it needs a top to it so if you don,t clear it you can still get over it. the last couple of tuesdays ive seen so many cars break :( .i don.t want to be a kill joy because you lads do such a good job of building the tuesday night club tracks

Was myself, Aaron (from motor arena) and Adam Foley (the tape man :)) that did the track on Tuesday, think we did a good job :p

Would be nice to see some extra help from moto arena in regards to the track building for Tuesday, its a tough job for one person, give the man some help

budgio 10-02-2011 08:52 PM

The track was great last Tuesday (as always)..the jump was spot on :).

Keep up the good work chaps .

To be fair it was probably my car that you saw broken as I broke it each round like clockwork.... at least I'm consistant as someone said....

I think the jump was about right, pretty easy to clear it even with only partial throttle...

Would be quicker for all involved if a few more got stuck in with the set up though...

Thank You - Great Track Layout

Hi..

To all the moto arena crew... Tuesdays track layout was one of the best ive raced on there! Just my cup of tea.. :) Loved the jump - upramp/downramp followed by the crows feet section.. Cant wait for this saturday.

Keep up the work to all those involved. Its very much appreciated.. nice to have a facility like that to race in.

Certainly Worth the 140 mile round trip from Birmingham!

Thank You!

Gurdy

Cool layout... will it be similar for the meeting tomorrow?

I must admit I'm rather worried about that HUUGE ramp :(
