Wowza!

The top drivers do eau rouge without lifting. A long time ago I went on there when it was open road in a Renault 11 1.4 (yeah I know), it was slightly damp but I tried 3 times not to lift and bottled it every time. That was when I was an idiot too.

:o:o:o:thumbsup:

That is kinda Scary !!!!

It's amazing how some cars are on the apex of the Left, then the F1 comes into view. By the time the normal car has hit the Right Apex, the F1 has gone completely through the shot !!!! :o

cwilson 14-01-2011 12:29 AM

at about 42 seconds the f1 and the regular car come into shot at the same time and by the time the regular car has got to the top of the hill i think three or four f1 cars have got to the start of the hill and are already at the top by the time it gets there.

shows how easy an F1 car is to drive:p:woot::thumbsup:

I've done that track in F1 2010, and I can't do it properly without lifting before hand.

JustARcFan 14-01-2011 04:25 PM

I've done eau rouge 1 time without lifting and will NOT do it a second time.
Almost lost control and that would have been a big crash

blue_pinky 14-01-2011 04:52 PM

Holy cow...that is mental!!! :woot:

Nice one but you know exactly what I mean, it looks doable but when you get to it you're really shifting and the barrier on the left isn't far away. What car did you do it in?

hf integrale 14-01-2011 08:59 PM

I've don't it a couple of times.a couple of years apart forgot just how stupid I was.lol
By the way I did it in my integrale..I'll have a look for my on board footage..

Now you've got better car, you should try it again :D

bodgit 15-01-2011 11:47 AM

Its no good pretending we could easily drive an F1 car as we saw from hammond in top gear he stalled it so many times and bottled it at the corners and held back so got no heat in the tyres and lost it but, I would so love to be a passenger in one of those 2 seater F1 demo cars.
Is there any way you can do this or is it a priveledge for the celebrities only.
Ps I would probably do a Domonic Littlewood
