Dear All

Maritime Racing have been waiting for the powers that be to get back to us.

I am PLEASE to inform you that as of the 6th January 2011 we have received a email giving us permission to go forward to use the next room
at Maritime Raceway to build a permeant OFF ROAD TRACK.

I have still got to show the committee that the intreats is in the area to make this work.

I am also hoping that the Off RoadWars Two Day World Cup can show the support in the local area and the country
book in at www.centralbooking.org

If you want this venue to be built please show support

Not only can the track be open for a Tuesday Night club meeting but will also be able to be used when we open on Saturdays

C'mon guys - as the man says - lets show our support - starting with the Off-Road wars weekend.

Who knows, we may even be able to tempt some more TC racers over from the dark side:lol:

Dear Racers

Here is the update as said in a earlier post, The historic dock yard has given the go ahead to build a permeant off road track at Maritime Raceway.

After tonight committee meeting it was agreed to go forward with the proposal to build the track

The next step is to decide which part off the building to use

First offer track size 14 m 24 m
Second offer track size about 14 m 30 m ( will update tomorrow if different )

This is a one time offer for you to have input to which area we should use there will be a meeting possibly

On Saturday 29th January at Maritime Raceway the meeting will start at 12pm ( to be confirmed )

Just to clarify, the 'meeting' next Saturday is to view and discuss your plans yes? Not an actual race meeting? Correct?

We don't want people getting too excited too early, you know what they are like! :woot:
