Do you use the rear body mount on your 501/511?

Do people use the rear bodymount on their 501/511 to hold the shell on, or some other way?

If you answer no can you reply with how you hold it on please? :D

Front body mount and side Velcro only. Find STD towers weak at that point when crashing on astro or other high grip surfaces so run a rear tower minus body mount slot.

Cheers

Just velcro to the sides of the undertray which is mounted on top of the chassis, all body mounts have been removed.

No need to when the undertray is screwed to the chassis all i use is velcro to hold the shell on.

I've got little choice at the mo as I'm running without the undertray indoors.

I have cut the undertray sides off the undertray and mounted them on top of the chassis, Then just use velcro, no body posts.

Interesting, i race with the Undercowl but WITHOUT Front Bodymounts, i have only the rear one mounted. Works well for me.

I also run the undertray sides only, but with the rear body mount. I like the body tight and secure.

I run the under tray with velcro and both body mounts. Why not? Better safe than sorry. After all it only takes a sec to put the body clips in.
