car wont go forwards help please
 

Hi all happy new year

My car will only go backwards not sure why!!!:confused:
Any help would be great,:thumbsup:

is the servo reverse... reversed on your tranny... and is the speedo set to forward and brake

set it to forward and reverse... if it still doesn't go forwards one way or another then im stumped... mine did that

Don't do that - if the ESC is set to forward/brake only, and the car only reverses, then the motor is spinning in the wrong direction. Not sure if the Xcelerin has a reverse rotation mode, if not, just swap any 2 wires on the motor (will need soldering iron).

It was going forwards in the first place until i crashed it but now only goes backwards!!!

Maybe i should of mentioned that first off (whoops) sorry

Have you checked that the silver switch on the topish right on your tranny?

When I used a Xcelorin it did that and the motor was running in reverse direction so I had to plug the speedo into the computer via the link cable and use the Losi software to change the rotation of the motor.

Set to zero no sure what thats for!!!! Yet
