HAHAHAHAHAH!

daz 23-12-2010 09:15 AM

I like the woman who leave her 1series in gear (automatic) and gets out to push it, and it drives straight into someones house.

Big G 23-12-2010 09:20 AM

also she was kicking snow under the front tyres in that vid

daz 23-12-2010 09:24 AM

Probably the same woman.

colmo 23-12-2010 09:33 AM

Thanks for that :D

The deep abiding hatred I have of BMW drivers is, for a while, sated.

GRIFF55 23-12-2010 09:58 AM

To be fair, dont you think the guy just watching and filming it should have offered help??? daft thing to do tho, i agree.

MattADH 23-12-2010 11:13 AM

Ignore me...

My thoughts exactly, what an A-Hole standing there filming it, so what she doesn't know it's RWD - If people aren't into cars at all, they don't usually have a clue on that sort of thing.... I agree it was very stupid to get out like she did, but you can tell she knows it was straight away - i still think he should have gone to help though....

cwilson 23-12-2010 11:47 AM

FAIL!!! sorry but if she was stupid enough to get out of a car while leaving it in gear then she deserves what she gets.

Big G 23-12-2010 11:51 AM

I've done that, but pushed from the A pillar not the boot so I could jump in as soon as we started moving.

bodgit 23-12-2010 12:52 PM

Why should they have gone to help. They probably dont even know her name as they refer to her as "she".
Let face it how many of us actually know our nieghbours name let alone want to go out and help them.
I can honestly say when I lived in a terrace house I knew all my nieghbours. Semi a few of my neighbours now in detached for last 12 years I only know next door and I cant stand them. Seem the higher up the housing chain you go the more protective of your area you become. Sad but true.

Si Coe 23-12-2010 01:04 PM

Fine, but he seemed happy enough to film her struggling!

If you don't know your neighbours thats OK, you just ignore them. But you don't go around laughing at their mishaps, and especially not capturing them on camera!

Thats what I have a problem with. The only reason he was filming her is because he thought something funny was going to happen. So he knew, and rather than prevent it videoed it instead.

davidmog99 23-12-2010 02:06 PM

What an arse, filming her struggle.
Have to agree with bodgit, its a shame people no longer talk to their neighbours. I live on a new housing development, mostly large houses (ours is one of the smaller ones!!!!), and our neighbours dont even say hello. They dont even thank me for gritting the parking areas when the weather is bad. In fact its no great loss as next door is the local BNP candidate, racist C*nt.

Andyp 23-12-2010 02:31 PM

?

I may be wrong but doesn't the woman in the vid say "at least my car is light" !! That cant be a good thing can it ?Sounds to me they would have been not alot of use if they did go and help !!!

bodgit 23-12-2010 03:12 PM

We all see people broken down on the side of the road daily. How many of us stop to offer help.
Today we have an Im all right Jack society, plus with current pc trends if we see a small child alone crying how many of us dare approach him/her to ask if they are ok in case we get accused of being a paedophile.
Sorry but society has made us what we are and we cannot blame other people for their reactions to situations.
I had a young girl about 14 ask me as I was getting into my car if I was going towards Mold could she have a lift. As a father myself I felt sorry for her but as a man I had to say no sorry not going that way (even though I was) I could not risk any sort of comeback if she accused me of anything. I then felt a guilty in case she got in a car with some wierdo but self preservation took control, and always will do.
Looking after number one and family is all that will matter to most people these days.

DCM 23-12-2010 03:22 PM

Yeah, have a giggle at peoples misfortune, but it just shows how crap out society is now, that people don't even get off their arse's to help someone stuck, country just sucks at that, amusing to watch, but personally, I would of been out their and helped. That's how communities are built.

You see it in how people have been with this snow, ignorance and as long as they are ok, you can go screw yourself. Not the governments fault it snowed, but it is the fault of all the ignorant people who drive ill equipped for the conditions, and those who just stand by, thumb up their butts and watch it, then complain!

Can someone take my soap box now, please?

Why would you have to know her just to go out and help / give her a push?? That's all he needed to do, even if he didn't like her or didn't know her at all it wouldn't have hurt yet he was prepared to spend the time filming her from the warmth of his own place, then she crashes into it! What if she's damaged his property? Wouldn't he surely have rather not had that happen??

+1 from me... That guy filming is an idiot:bored:

bodgit 23-12-2010 03:49 PM

[QUOTE=jameswilkinson7; That guy filming is an idiot:bored:[/QUOTE]

he did not leave a car in first gear and push it. He also could not have in his wildest dreams have guessed the car would crash into his house. By the sould of it they were students anyway so they would not care too much.
