Time for the digger!
 

Sorry guys, we have not taken the digger to the track...

But we have carried out some more work on the bank at either end of the track and cleared the grass that was growing over the Astroturf by the fence on the outside of the straight.

we have smashed up the marker around the adverse cambered bend to make the track legal in width so now we can use this section if we choose

Next was to scrape the grass off the Astroturf for spectators to stand on. In inclement weather, this has helped to make it less muddy in the pits too

Just as well Health and Safety were nowhere to be seen!!!!

we needed to clear some of the waste soil and hardcore that was covering the area we need to construct a storage shed/scrutineering hut

With some of the bank cleared on the other side, we can have better access to race control

Now the ground is stable and level too. A fence will of course be errected for the safety of spectators...

The new sides are going to prove to be very durable and strong so beware...
