What program did you use to create your pages?

Gimp (free photoshop)

surely you need to send it to someone who fluent in html/css coding or even content management if your wanting to create a site you edit online.

i suggest checking out wordpress because its the easiest to do yourself (if on a tight budget) and there lots of support/tutorials on their website

Yeah it said something about wordpress on the tutorial i followed... but the guy said it was for a blog :S

Have a look to see if (Gimp) allows you to save as .html, if so that will be the only way it can work. Otherwise you will need to write the page HTML manually and just use your current design as an image base to assemble a complete site.

Another great program to check out is Bluevoda, they provide a free and simple website builder along with a voda host server account to host it on. Worth a Google if Gimp doesn't allow you to save as .HTML.

wordpress is a blogging system but can turned into a website, but its not as flexible as a html site but easier to update

"Save as HTML table".... will that work ?

MatJohnson 16-12-2010 12:19 PM

urrrrggg tables.

Yes it will work, but just because it works doesn't mean you should do it.

Have a go at htmling the site yourself, its easy and you can use free editors such as notepad. THere is also plenty of help around even on here to get you started.

Alternativly, I charge very cheap rates for converting images to HTML :)
