Trying to do 2011 BRCA membership online on the new site without much success. When it says email sent - am not receiving anything. Can any one help?

I had the same issue yesterday. clicked to join, and no email receiving

I used Snail Mail and it worked fine :thumbsup:

If you do find the renewal form for the Brca Licences could you be kind enough to give us a link please as tried to do my membership for over a week;

Got to the point where i paid via paypal and then asked for card details which i provided.Upon providing this it then tells you that you need another credit card number as this one is already in use as part of a paypal account :confused:

So what if you are like me and only have 1 credit card and this is being used already for your paypal account;

I have never seen so much hard work to renew a bloody membership for your BRCA;

Many thanks for your help CFR. Is it still £15 for full member? I would have thought that this would be peak time for memberships so it could do with being sorted.

that's what I paid and but if I went via a club I'd pay £13

Why didn't you just log into your paypal account? That's what I did once I had pressed the submit order button on the BRCA site. It went through to paypal and I got the page with the order details on the left, and a login box on the right. Logged in, sent the money, done.

Just got the confirmation email too so I know it worked. Maybe you're doing it wrong.

Interesting one for me is that it won't let me use my exisiting BRCA number saying "already in use" ... yes, been the same number since about 1993 so of course it is in use!

i did it about a week ago through the website and had no probs at all.

just done mine,pretty easy.

I had no trouble at all doing mine

+1 Chris sorted me out quickly too.

I must say when they have all the understandable teething bugs ironed out it's going to be a fantastic resource and a credit to those responsible!!

Exactly the same happened to me.

Sent an e-mail last night, still waiting for a reply...

Same for me. Filled in all fields only to be told my number is already being used. I too had it for years.

Just done mine didnt ask for my old brca number though:confused:

So i just put it in the other info bit hope they get it ok.

done mine to,
but when registering my lad it went off on 1
cos i used same email as mine , so i opened him his own
email acount
then it wouldnt take his user name (allready in use)
picked another user name now (email in use)
wtf
it seems if u encounter a problem
the info u have already enterd cannot be used again???
