inboard/outboard toe in?
 
hi was just wondering wat the different effects inboarb and out board toe in have on handling.i understand the basics of toe in just dont know the difference between these:confused:.any help would be great:)

On a 2wd buggy with rear motor, the car will have more traction with inboard rear toe-in, since the hole arm is angled further forward. This places more weight over the rear end of the car, which causes greater traction. Outboard rear toe-in will give you better stability in high-grip/very bumpy conditions, because of the longer wheelbase. Inboard toe-in will be better in smooth, low grip conditions.

This will apply generally to 4wd, but the traction difference will be less noticeable with inboard rear toe in.
