mad rat for local racing
hello.
i am looking for a cheap 2wd buggy for ocasional races at local tracks 80% indoors, so is the ansmann mad rat a good choice? is durable and can be competitive? best regards |
For no many more you have the X pro with many option, like alu damper, ball bearing, ... and it's i thinks important for local race.
So if you can take it. |

in case of not get a cheap x pro what are the most important extras to get for the mad rat? |
The most important is the ball bearing and dumper.
But like this you arrived at the x pro price. |

I dont think the SC10 shocks will fit... If they are the same as the T4 ones then they are too long... Bearings are a must on the madrat too |

i have too check a good deal of the x pro or the mad rat!!! anyone with one to sell? |
No i don't sell mine, i'm soo happy.

I got and SC10 and its shocks are too long. The Mad Rat is a great car, but needs some upgrades (mainly bearings and shocks). Now that JESPARES is sellying the Xpro at the best price ever (GBP 80) you don't have to buy a Mad Rat and upgrade it, just buy the Xpro and you'll have a perfect, race-ready car.
