AGM Wednesday 1st December 2010
 

Dear TORCH Members

The AGM date has been set to Wednesday 1st December 2010. Apologies for the short notice, but those running the club have been very busy.

The chairman has secured an AGM venue which will be at "The Chase Inn Pub" in Waltham Chase. The meeting will start at 19:00 and we aim to have it wrapped up by 21:30.

Proposals:

For proposals these need to be:
1) Seconded
2) To BRCA guidelines
3) Best interests of the club

The original proposer and seconder need to attend the AGM meeting.

Sorry guys, but i'll be working :(

Apologies, I can't make it to the meeting tonight, mainly due to the weather, i only have my bike as means of transport available tonight, and i don't fancy an hour and a half in snow and ice, then do it again to get home.
If attendance is low would the meeting be postponed?
