D4 Worksop setting?
 

Hi all. Just got a D4 and was wondering if anyone could assist me with the set-up for running at the Worksop indoor masters? Thanks in advance.

I could do with a set up for Worksop too! Have just bought a D4 and plan to race it for the first time at Worksop Rd3.

Any body out there who can help us guys? If not a worksop set up a general indoor set up will do. A good starting point anyone? :confused:

There should be a set up on hot bodies site that will set you off

any of Tony's one will work as a start piont
