Chris, you could always pop along to Jarrow (Tyne & Wear) club on Tuesday nights for 4WD off road racing, if you fancied something a bit more local. Good level of competition etc.

hi mate i just thought about racing this weekend and thought of york.
what times and were is it in jarrow?

chrispattinson 12-10-2007 12:35 PM

Jarrow club is ran at Jarrow School, formerely Springfield school, in the Gym. Its a little smaller than Nissan, not much though. Usually get good buggy racers there.

Postcode: NE32 5PR
Street name: Field Terrace
Town: Jarrow

Tuesday nights
Doors open at 6:10pm

Practice 6:30
Racing at around 6:45 /7 til after 9.

They usually go straight through the heats, so make sure you have cells charged when you arrive.

NOTE: Jarrow club is not on for one week only in two weeks time on 23rd October.

New club 1/10th offroad 4WD championship starts on Tuesday 30th October. The last Tuesday of every month will count as championship rounds.
