B4 beginners guide

Hi guys, I was just hoping you can help me find a nice simple guide to "servicing" a B4.1? I need to take set of tyres off of some wheels and put a different set on and change the springs on both my front and rear shocks. I'm getting to ripps with it but I dont want to do something stupid and damage any on the parts I have unesscessarily.

Thanks

I assume your tyres are glued on? If so you will need some acetone and a sealable tub. An overnight soak will sort them out.

To change your springs just undo the screw on the bottom between the eyelet and the wishbone and then remove the spring cup.

If I were you i'd visit http://www.teamassociated.com/manuals/RC10B4/ and download the instruction manual.

Search for tyre removal finds this thread:

Be very careful with acetone and even more careful with superglue, have seen it splash into eyes and I always end up with sticky fingers, if you can find someone to show you....... A new set of wheels is a good place to start

Springs is easy, release shock from bottom fixing (remember which) slip off bottom cup, up & out, spring will drop off, by the time you have done 2 you are an expert :D
