How much are you looking for for this?

mattym0310 14-10-2007 10:36 AM

speed controller sold but the motor is still available

josh_smaxx 14-10-2007 10:57 AM

Any idea how well the motor would work on a sensorless speedo? should work but not heard much stuff about the nosram/LRP motors on them.

Tom3012 14-10-2007 11:26 AM

josh_smaxx...... about the nosram motor working with a sensorless speedo, i have tried 3 nosram motors (two 6.5 and one 7.5 motor) with my sensorless speedo and none of them worked properly, they cogged quite alot and i couldnt get the full speed out of them.

i tried loads of different settings on the speedo and nothing much changed.

my advise, if you have a sensorless speedo and want a legal motor, either get the new mtroniks motor, or the team orion vortex, two very good motors. also the vortex can also be used with a sensored speedo :) (got them both)

josh_smaxx 14-10-2007 04:41 PM

Thats what i thought, i bought the mamba system because i couldnt afford a legal sensored system at the time.

I think i will go for the orion motors, they look good and apparently feel just like a brushed motor.
