I just bolted up the rear diff and bolted on some drift wheels and I was off :D

Some like both front and rear diffs locked but it tends to create unwanted understeer off power, I'd recommend only locking the rear.. Play with camber, more front camber will help with long counter steer, I set my drift cars up with zero rear toe aswell and slight toe out on the front.

A front one way is great in a drift car with a locked rear. Gives that handbrake to get the rear end going .
