associated 2.4 ghz radio set
 

Hi guys, I am thinking of racing again after a long break and every thing has changed since the early 90's. I am thinking of getting an rc10 b4.1 brushless rtr as it seems excellant value for money. The problem is it comes with a wheel radio and I can not for the life of me get on with them. So can I use any 2.4 ghz stick transmitter like i could when using the old 27 mhz radio or are only certain brands compatable. Your help would be greatly appreciated. I was looking at the etronix radio as funds are limited.

i dont think 2.4ghz is cross compatable (awaits replies of your wrong)
the etronicks gear should come as a package with receiver aswell then just swap the receiver.
