Hi folks..

Just to let you all know..

The GATES for the venue open at 7.30am and NOT before this time...

So please DO NOT arrive before this time, the Athletic Center have had alot of complaints about people arrivng early at the last series, people queing along the road, and we very nearly didnt get the option of using this great venue again..

If you do arrive early please go to McDonalds about a minute away which is just of the main road or please wait somewhere else.. we want to keep this venue alive.

Please do not park along the road by the venues gates..

You will have plenty of time to set up before practice starts... just make sure your charged the night before so your ready to go..

hi nick would it be ok if we parked on the drive ways of any nearby houses if there is space as ive got a 1/5th petrol baja i wanted to test on the road outside the venue before racing starts.....thanks matt

I dont think you would be very popular with the neighbours running that at 7:30 on a Sunday ! I know I wouldn't be if it was outside my house

I have a Baja aswell we can both run them Matt! TS Reed engine and a Dom V2

Pete cox is going to be at the venue in his very well equipped catering van he has asked me to put in here so you all know

All the usual stuff breakfasts,burgers,chips,hot and cold drinks,chicken curry and about everything else you could think of .

Obviouslly if we want him to be at every meeting we have to make it worth while so don't bother with your own butties just buy them there!!!

yeah what time is the latest we can arrive. i will probly still be working on my truck at 7.30.

and has grit and a snow plow been arranged for later meetings -maybe a tractor to pull people out after racing
or maybe we can harness matt and jonnys bajas to pull us out.......reckon there better in the snow than si,s smart car was



P.S. glad petes cooking again.15 min dashs to mc-ds and back plays hell with the digestion. and he is a constant source of hot brews on cold winter days even if ya not hungry

Will the timing gear (bbk?) let us connect too laptops so we can have results etc.. at our pit table ?

Are table and chairs available? What time does practice start?

Any useful tips? apart from leave my butties at home and buy from the man with the van.

You'll need your own table and chair, and boy will you need that chair! Its a looooong day with 12/13/14 heats, 4 or 5 rounds and a final.

The main reason for the early morning rush is to get a good pit position as the main pits can get crowded. Last year I helped set the track on Saturday, and set my pit table up then, so as to beat the crowd Sunday.

No one is suggesting you're a pimp just a sick freak!!!!
