Semi transparency
 

Does anyone know how the American JConcepts racers such as Cavalieri, Maifield, Amezcua, etc. achieve that semi-transparent effect on their rear wings?

that or u can tint it. various brands of paint make window tint

yeah those guys all seem to love the scuffed wings like that. I like a painted wing miself but what do I know!
