TRF201 - no stupid prices
 

As the title says i'm after a 201, but i'm not interested in any mental prices. Newsfalsh - you can get them for £150 from Hong Kong, and £230 from MK racing.

Once you've opened the box it's 2nd hand!!

They are £150 but dont forget about postage and the risk of import taxes. Why not buy one new and take the risk? I cant see anyone giving one of these away to be honest mate. How much was you thinking of spending?

I've made an offer for one, which was rejected, I've seen the go for as little as £150, with spares and some brass.

As Timme80 said, youll be very lucky to get one without it hitting customs. They've clamped down hard over the past year or so and there's very good chance you'll have to pay import duty as well as tax. That would make a £150 car, along with postage,import duty and taxes easily add up to £200+.

Oh, and incase your wondering how i know this, its simply because i import quite a lot of things from HK and USA and get hit by customs around 95% of the time.

No, instead their using that little sticker on the side called "customs declaration". I know many have that falsified but I won't risk it.

Not sure how true this is but I heard to save time they use similar xray machines as used in airports to scan hand luggage. A quick look tells them if they have a $25 toy or a $300 taxable item in the package.

Glad they are doing it in order to get the money to fill the debt hole!
