b2 diff
 
will the b3 diff rebuild kit/and other gearbox parts work on a b2 as ive just picked one up to sought for a bit of racing and am thinking that only the suspension parts differ? would this be correct thanks

Front and rear wishbones, rear hub, front castor block and steering knuckle arm are all different. Also the gear box has a different overall ratio so the gears will be differetn but the out drives, thrust and ball races etc will work in both cars. I still race mine and parts do come up on ebay occasionally.

The B2 and B3 (and also T3) gearboxes are the same, the only difference are the slipper pads, a little bigger on the newer B3 ones.
The ratio is the same for all of them 2.40:1

I think that Welshy probably mixed some information regarding some other associated transmissions ..... he got too many car :D !!!

Sorry dude, my mistake. Yup gearboxes are identical so shouldnt be too hard to locate parts.
