Which compound of insert indoor with mini spikes

Hi guys,which insert are people running indoors with Schumacher yellow mini spikes...soft,medium,or hard? surface is mainly carpet with some polished floor

Steve, i was running yellow mini spike all day yesterday and was using medium inserts.
