I think the rule is you cut 6 rows off the inside and 6 rows off the outside and then they will be OK

All the details are on the COBRA website along with the provisional race dates for the season.

There is a booking in thread on the COBRA forum but as it is the first meeting I think it will be very relaxed on the day.

First round of the COBRA Indoor Championship for Saloons, Buggy and Micro took place on the 21st November 2010.

Results are available on the COBRA website.

Change to racing rules voted on Sunday are "Open Motor & Open Tyre"

Next Round to take place on the 5th December 2010

Open tyre, does that mean mini-pins then?

Hi Jamie,

The vote was "Any Tyre, Any Motor" during discussion there was no mention of excluding mini pins.

As you can guess that has sparked subsequent comment on our forum, although I have spoken to Ned this morning (still waiting for Spencer to get back) and he confirmed that the tyre vote was open with no exceptions.

Not 100% happy myself for various reasons but have to abide by the majority vote which from memory was close at 14 for and the rest against which I think was approx 10.

That's great news for us off-roaders. But i can also understand why the tourers are against.
