Work Party & Practice - Saturday 02 October 2010
 

A Work Party AND a Practice Session!

Weather permitting, a few of us will be trackside from approx. 10:00AM Saturday morning, for a few hours (probably 'til mid-afternoon), we are planning to use the day to tidy the track and the usual track maintenance, continuing our preparations towards the start of the Winter Warmer series the following day (the remaining rounds are first Sunday of the month, every month!) so any help/expertise would be welcomed, please see: http://www.edenparkraceway.com/

As per usual, everybodies welcome, young or old, newbie or pro, if there's any advice you want or help needed you only have to ask!

But please note, again there is plenty of work to be done BEFORE we can think about getting the buggies out!

Will also have a quantity of members equipment that has been put up for sale should anybody be interested, cars; radio equipment, motors, chargers, dischargers, batteries, wheels, tyres, servos and spares, lots available, come and have a look!

No doubt the urn will also get fired up from time to time for hot drinks, if needed! Hopefully the on-site cafe will be open like previous weekends, highly recommended sausage baguettes!

As per usual the track will be very well presented for Sunday!

Sunday don't look too clever though :(

We will be at the venue early on Sunday and make a decision during the morning based on the track conditions, forecast and what is or not falling from the sky.

Although the weather forecast is not looking great, we will have our fingers crossed and try to run if possible.

But this thread is about what we're doing Saturday!
