Which is the better thrust bearing?

U1954 pro thrust bearing £10.48

or... U3701 with SINI (ceramic?) balls £5.76

Are these the same dimensions even?

I personally use both and the differences are on the sini which has a 7 ball system and the 1954 is a 6 ball. I use the U1954 personaly but there is nothing wrong with the sini thrust race.
