Anybody else noticed that oOples main page has been hacked a couple of times in the last week

Not many people notice as they just come straight to the forum.

People die everyday and lots are innocent and we see it on the news every night.

This guy has problems! It’s funny how he states that he is an internet owner, but by the looks of things he can only hack simple html pages and not more complicated codes such as the rest of the site!

I use this forum to get tips and hints to help my racing as much as possible and without it i wouldnt find out anything. For me to switch the pc on today to see that nonsense it annoyed me all day. We are not to blame or even should feel guilty for this kind of thing happening in the world. I am sorry if i am speaking out of turn but what about all of the soldiers etc getting killed in Afganistan and Iraq or other innocent people getting murdered by suicide bombers and Airoplane hijackers? Enough said. Hopefully they were just kids and go and pick on other people.Tossers.

I totaly agree we should have never gone to war in iraq and they blame us for killing people in iraq what baout the people in the 7 7 bombings.

Just seen this thread. I am in Iraq at the moment as an IT contractor.
It annoys me to see people like this hacking prat ruin one of the things that make life here a little more bearable.
One thing I think you should realize is that the soldiers here and in other parts of the world put there lives on the line so we can live as we do and that should earn your respect and gratitude even if you do not agree that they should be here.

On another note, guys leave the political stuff out of RC and oople. Dont follow down this guys route and get talking about it and arguing and why and why not. Take it somewhere else.

I just thing it amusing that they would hack this site. Im sure this is an easy job if you know what youre doing. Why wouldnt they try for the FBI, or Interpol, etc if they wanted to make a statement?

It was probably just a bot that got this site, the people themselfs are probably trying and failing to hack the more important sites, i wouldnt worry about it, no info has been lost, just a few hours of oople.com'ing.
