B4.1 diff
 

Is there a new transmission housing out to carry the B4.1 diff?, struggled for ages to fit it but then realised the new diff is wider than the old, possibly same as the gear diff...Cheers!!

There is currently not or any future plans for, to be able to fit a B4.1/SC10 sized diff in an X6. The way our rear chassis on the X6 Squared is designed there is no space/room for any more width for the gearbox casing, which is why it is not achievable. This issue was looked at when the "talk" of geared diffs was big in 2wd as the possible "next big thing", but after initial testing by many US drivers, most of them still preffered a ball diff in 2wd, so we are sticking with what we have for now.

Currently, our car will continue to use the standard B4/T4 diff (outdrives are the only main differance to a B4.1/SC10) and we are looking at the possabilities of our own "X-Factory" design of diff outdrives for the car fairly soon......
